Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer – Manual + Automation Experience: 5+ Years Location: Noida (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week) Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST) Work Mode: Hybrid Perks: Cab Facility | Brunch & Dinner Provided Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts (manual and automated) for web and mobile applications. Perform thorough regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application stability and performance. Design and implement automation test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar. Identify, log, and track defects in bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and work closely with developers to resolve issues. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps to define quality standards and ensure testing aligns with requirements. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices and processes. Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide clear feedback and recommendations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in both manual and automation testing . Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured , or equivalent. Experience with scripting languages (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript preferred). Working knowledge of APIs, performance testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a hybrid and night-shift work environment. Why Join Us?
