Role: PMO – Strategy & Transformation Location: Noida Experience: 4–8 years About the Role We are looking for a dynamic professional to join the Program Management Office (PMO) and work closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives. This role will drive strategic projects across cost optimization, pricing, digital transformation, and new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, a consulting mindset, and the ability to translate strategy into execution in a fast-scaling environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with CXOs and business leaders to define and execute strategic priorities. Lead cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects across functions. Drive pricing strategy, digital transformation, and process re-engineering initiatives. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business decisions. Develop robust business cases, financial models, and implementation roadmaps. Track progress on key programs, ensure cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes. Act as a thought partner to leadership, bringing in external benchmarks and best practices. Ideal Candidate Profile 4–8 years of experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) or in a founder’s office / strategy role in a high-growth organization. Strong exposure to cost optimization, pricing, digital transformation, or business strategy projects. Proven track record of problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project delivery. Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills. Strong executive presence and ability to work in high-visibility roles. Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
