We are looking for a passionate and capable Human Resources manager to lead our hiring strategy and support key business functions through strategic partnership. About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy HR Manager to lead hiring and HR partnership for our 700-800 members inside sales team. You will act as the HR face for the Noida sales office, working independently while reporting to the HR Head in Bangalore. You’ll lead a young, high-performing team, own the full HR lifecycle, and be the go-to partner for our sales leaders - while balancing speed with process integrity. Core Skills Sales Hiring / Volume Hiring Expertise: Proven track record in closing 100+ role closures monthly. Strong understanding of sourcing channels, funnel conversion. HR Metrics & Analytics: Tracking attrition (overall & early), TAT, ramp-up time, and hiring funnel health. Translating data into actionable strategies. Stakeholder Management: Partner with sales leaders to address manpower gaps, manage performance discipline, and drive retention strategies. Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a young, high-performing HR team. Driving motivation, performance, and skill development. Retention & Engagement Strategies: Implementing initiatives to improve early retention in high-churn sales teams. Managing engagement for large groups of people. HR Business Partnering: Full employee lifecycle for sales team : onboarding, performance discipline, engagement, and exits. Must-Haves: 6–9 years in HR with proven high-volume sales hiring experience Evidence of owning hiring outcomes in a high-churn, target-driven environment. Strong people leadership – you’ve built, motivated, and retained a young HR/recruitment team. A habit of backing decisions with data and metrics. Comfort in handling strong personalities and urgent demands from sales leadership. Nice-to-Haves (That Will Make You Stand Out): Experience reducing early attrition in sales teams.
