LIMS Consultant - LabVantage

As a Consultant, you will lead end-to-end engagement for LabVantage LIMS projects—from business process consulting, problem definition, and solution design to development and deployment. You will act as a domain thought leader, guiding architecture reviews, project deliverables, and ensuring successful implementations. This role offers the opportunity to shape value-driven consulting solutions for global clients in the Pharma, R&D, and Healthcare domains.Key Responsibilities:Anchor LabVantage LIMS implementation, enhancements, and support.Define business problems and design scalable solutions.Lead architecture and design reviews as a trusted advisor.Drive client training, capability building, and business pursuit initiatives.Manage integration with ERP, PLM, and other enterprise systems.Oversee data migration, master data setup, and instrument integrations (SDMS).Ensure compliance with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and quality standardTechnical Requirement:5+ years of experience in LabVantage LIMS implementation and support.Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and programming languages (Core Java, JavaScript).Familiarity with other LIMS platforms (LabWare, Sample Manager, StarLIMS).Good to have:5+ years in Pharma, R&D, or Healthcare domain with LabVantage LIMS expertise.Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, customization, and validation.Hands-on with integration design, data migration, and reporting.Strong understanding of instrument integration and legacy data mapping.Ability to work with geographically distributed teams.Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.Please note: These positions are not fully remote.
