Position:Graphic Designer Department:Branding & PR Department Institute: GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater NoidaB) Job Role We are looking for a graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of Social and print media.A) Knowledge  To Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs.  To Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams and departments on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials  To Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.  To Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.  To stay within budget.  To Manage the design, content and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system.B) Technical/Functional Skills  Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills  Excellent communication and presentation skills  A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics  Expert in design software and technologies (such as CorelDraw, After-effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, brochure designing, google-ad banners designing.  A keen eye for aesthetics and details  Excellent communication skills  Ability to work methodically and meet deadlinesC ) Attributes  Energetic, team player.  Ability to work in fast paced evolving environment.  Impressive written, oral, e-mail, telephone, presentation communication skills.  Fun, ethical, intelligent, disciplined, creative.  Urge to learn new things and adaptive to changes.  Focused, open to new ideas and out of box thinker.  Data driven analytics approach to improve the process.E ) Qualifications & Experience  2-10 years (academic and professional) experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline F) Job location:Greater Noida G) Salary:As per norms H) Apply for the position by sending your CV on-careers@ I)You may visit our website’s career page at
