Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with international exposure (if any). Interested candidates have to share their Portfolio containing final work-done pictures along with your resume at [email protected] Skills:- Must have minimum 5 to 8 years of experience. - Degree in Interior Design from a college of repute is a must. (preferably international exposure of internship or working abroad) - Proficiency in various software’s i.e. Auto-CAD, SketchUp, In-design & Photoshop. - Experience on luxury residential buildings and hospitality projects. - Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.Key Responsibilities:- Design development, planning, making of attractive mood board presentations according to styles selected in the latest software’s. - Should be energetic and passionate about the accuracy of the designs. - Research on international designs and trends. - Ensure client satisfaction by taking inputs from client and sharing the developments as per project plan. - Make regular follow-ups with vendors, consultants and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and collection of information. - Making specification sheets for placing of orders. - Preparing formats for the same and responsible for accuracy of all the data put in them. - Responsible for interaction with service consultants and architecture team while designing and execution of project. - Share their ideas with the designing team to facilitate the execution of project. - Responsible for joint coordination with 3D visualizers to help them make 3d models with complete detailed panels explaining each object in the render. - Interact regularly with all involved in project. - Should be able to work in a team and share responsibilities among team members. - Ensure team bonding among team members. - Highly developed aesthetic sense in the use of materials, color, form, texture, proportion, composition. Ability to take charge and respectfully direct younger staff at all project stages.
