Experience: 2-3 yearsNotice Period: Not more than 30 daysWork Location: Noida (WFO)Summary of Role:We’re seeking an innovative Sr Graphic Designer with expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite. Candidate should have strong skills specifically in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro. The individual should have the capability of designing brand persona, brand identity, digital marketing ads, social media creatives & have an understanding of video editing by keeping the brand identity and guidelines in mind.Key Responsibilities- Creative Design & Branding - Develop visually appealing designs for brand collaterals, presentations, and marketing assets. - Design social media creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest - Designing A+ content, and listing images for e-commerce platforms. - Create Shopify web banners, landing pages, listing images, blog creatives, infographics etc. - Advertising & Marketing Support - Design creatives for Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and other digital campaigns. - Collaborate with the PPC and SEO teams to create performance-driven visual assets. - Content Creation & Motion Graphics - Produce high-quality graphic and video content using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects). - Design engaging multimedia content for both organic and paid campaigns. - Collaboration & Execution - Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align designs with brand guidelines. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs across multiple projects.Required Skills- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital-first or e-commerce environment. - Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects. - Experience in social media design, A+ content, and e-commerce listing images. - Ability to design for Shopify websites, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns. - Experience with Google Ads & Amazon Ads creatives. - Understanding of PPC and SEO workflows to align designs with campaign goals. - Strong typography, color sense, and layout skills. - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of AI tools integration in designQualifications:Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus – Premier Institutes like NIFTor Pearl Academy● Experience in B2B/B2C Marketing is a plus. Working with e-commerce/IT companies/SaaSmarketing is a plus● Expertise with design software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects,Final Cut Pro)● Love to learn & adapt to new trends in designing.● Should be hardworking & a hustler in designing and looking for a long-term run to build acareer
