We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team and help strengthen the brand presence of our e-commerce projects across digital platforms.  Role Overview   The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across all social media channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This is a full-time role where you will collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns.  Key Responsibilities   Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.  Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.  Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.  Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply knowledge to increase effectiveness.  Run and analyze paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads – in coordination with the marketing team).  Engage with online community by responding to comments, DMs, and queries.  Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.  Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers to create impactful campaigns.  Support seasonal campaigns, launches, and promotions for Fleqa’s e-commerce projects.  Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.  1–3 years of proven work experience in managing social media platforms (e-commerce/retail background preferred).  Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.  Proficiency in using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar.  Excellent communication and creative writing skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.  Perks & Benefits   Competitive salary package.  Exposure to multi-sector businesses and e-commerce projects.  Creative freedom to experiment with new digital ideas.  Learning & growth opportunities with a dynamic team.  Location   On-site – Noida
