3D Designer

The Role: We are looking for a 3D Footwear Designer who can bring ideas to life in the digital space and accelerate the way we design, prototype, and launch footwear. Your role is not just about rendering shoes—it’s about transforming how footwear is imagined, tested, and experienced . You’ll partner with designers, developers, and product teams to create hyper-realistic 3D models, enabling faster decision-making, sustainability wins (fewer samples, less waste), and better storytelling. Key Responsibilities 3D Concepting & Visualization Create high-quality 3D footwear models, textures, and materials across lifestyle and performance categories. Translate 2D sketches, mood boards, and design briefs into photorealistic renders. Explore multiple colourways, materials, and detailing options digitally before prototyping. Collaboration with Design & Development Work closely with footwear designers and developers to ensure accuracy in construction, proportion, and manufacturability. Support product line managers with visual tools for faster decision-making and consumer testing. Collaborate with marketing to create product storytelling assets using 3D visuals. Innovation & Process Push boundaries by integrating emerging 3D design tech (AR/VR, virtual try-ons, digital sampling). Build a digital-first design workflow that reduces reliance on physical samples. Stay up to date with global 3D design practices and adapt them for the Indian consumer. Key Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in footwear design, with at least 3 years specializing in 3D footwear creation. Proficiency in 3D design tools (e.g., Rhino, Blender, KeyShot, Substance Painter, CLO3D, Modo, or similar). Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and ergonomics. Ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy. Passion for innovation, sustainability, and improving the design-to-market process.
