The Front Desk Administrator will be the first point of contact, handling receptionist duties such as welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and managing incoming and outgoing communications. Responsibilities include assisting customers with queries, providing exceptional service, performing various administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations at the facility.Qualifications- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, such as managing front desk operations, welcoming and assisting visitors, and scheduling appointments - Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address inquiries professionally and maintain positive interactions - Experience in Administrative Assistance, including office organization, clerical tasks, and maintaining records - Ability to handle office equipment such as fax machines and other related administrative tools - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills - Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with digital tools - Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is an advantage - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
