Team Lead-Tele Collections

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Team Lead-Tele Collections to lead our collections team and drive revenue growth by effectively managing and recovering outstanding debts. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in collections.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of Tele Collections executives to achieve targets and improve productivity. - Develop and implement effective collections strategies to maximize recoveries and minimize losses. - Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, negotiate payment plans, and resolve disputes. - Provide regular reports on collections performance, analyze data, and identify trends to inform future strategies. - Continuously evaluate and improve collections processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:- Bachelors or Masters degree. - 6+ years of experience in Tele Collections, Team Handling. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Strong understanding of collections principles, regulations, and laws. - Relevant certifications in collections or a related field are desirable.
