With our scalable and cost effective products and solutions, we are ready help the businesses meet their IT needs.Our Achievements: CMMi Level 5 Company, SAP Gold/Platinum Partner, 13+ Business Location in INDIA + 4 Abroad, ISO Certification, 5000+ clients. 2000+ Headcount, 25+ AwardsRole and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Front Desk Management - Greet and assist visitors/clients professionally. - Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. - Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes. - Coordinate courier services—receiving and dispatching. - Administration - Maintain office supplies and ensure timely procurement. - Manage meeting rooms—booking, setup, cleanliness. - Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments. - Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings. - Support HR/admin team with documentation and filing. - Maintain employee attendance/leave records (if required). - Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repair, housekeeping, etc. - Monitor office maintenance (cleanliness, pantry, stationery). - Documentation & Reporting - Maintain databases and records (contact lists, asset records, etc.). - Prepare and maintain admin-related reports. - File documents physically and digitally in an organized manner.Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 1–3 years of relevant experience in front desk or administration. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational and multitasking abilities. - Pleasant personality with customer service mindset. - Ability to handle confidential information.Key Competencies- Experience in front-office, customer handling, or admin preferred. - Knowledge of basic office equipment (printers, EPABX, scanners).Interested candidates may kindly share their resumes at megha.kashyap@
