Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, full-time Executive Assistant role based in Noida. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The role includes handling correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, and keeping records updated while acting as a key point of communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Qualifications- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills - Experience with Expense Reports and Executive Support - Strong Communication skills for interpersonal and professional interactions - Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office and scheduling platforms - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in a similar role is strongly advantageous
