The company has pending patents in the USA and is dedicated to advancing sustainability-focused solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Company Secretary. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining statutory records, managing board meetings, and preparing necessary documentation. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, advising on corporate governance practices, and supporting legal and administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth business operations.Responsibilities:- Own the inhouse Secretarial functions along with an Out-Sourced Partner. - Own the end-to-end cycle of fund raising from secretarial and compliance perspectives. - Work with investment bankers and investors for documentation. - Deal with Depository Services companies (NSDL and CDSL) and RTA for demat shares of the company - Investor Relationships.Qualifications:- Member of ICSI with 1+ years of post-qualification experience - MS Office - Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills - Great Comm skillsOthers:- Must be located in commutable distance to Sector 62, Noida as it is a purely Work-from-Office position
