Technical Support Representative – Voice

Location: Noida Sec 135Role & responsibilities: • Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions while providing world-class customer service. • Diagnoses and resolves basic network and modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshooting. • Walks customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to maximize service functionality. • Provides solutions and resolution resources for customer repair problems. • Interfaces with customers over the phone providing status updates and ensuring service has been restored. • Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed.Preferred candidate profile:- • Excellent communication skills • Should have knowledge of ISP, Internet & WiFi Related, Router & Modem Connectivity Issues. • Should be comfortable working in 24*7 Working Environment • UG/Grad/PGs are applicable. • Need min 1 yr of exp in internet technical troubleshooting(B2C) voice process. • Rotational shifts & Rotational week offsPerks and benefits • Medicare Facilities. • Salary : 4.99 LPA. • Both side cab facilities.
