Role Profile: Executive Assistant The Role EPIC is seeking highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and central functions across the business. Responsibilities Responsibilities will include: Executive support: provide day-to-day support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, coordinating travel and accommodation Meeting coordination: manage end-to-end scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms, restaurants and handling related arrangements Internal communications & liaison: act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and execution Office administration: assist with general office administration, including ordering supplies, coordinating facilities requests and supporting ad-hoc office-related tasks Operational support: support operational processes such as timesheet tracking, data collation, internal reporting, and follow-ups Project & process coordination: track progress of internal initiatives, manage action points and coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives or teams in a corporate or professional services environment Strong academic credentials from a recognised institution • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English Highly organised, reliable and efficient, with a track record of managing multiple tasks independently and meeting deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel • Professional demeanour, strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and collaborating across international teams. Location / Hours • Noida. • Shift timings: 13:30 - 22:00 / 11:30 - 20:00 on a (weekly rotating basis).
