With both consulting and products, our expertise can help our customers save time and money as they move from strategic Clinical & Quality management all the way to widespread and profitable commercialisation.Job OverviewThe Project Manager (Finance Data Products – Databricks) will serve as the central delivery lead for complex, global finance data initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple workstreams across SAP Finance and enterprise data/analytics platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across finance, technology, and data teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. Additionally, the role requires establishing strong program governance, managing risks and dependencies, and driving consistent, high-quality delivery across geographically distributed teams.Responsibilities and Duties Act as the central delivery lead for Finance Data Products programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Define and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.Drive execution across multiple workstreams spanning SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FP&A) and enterprise systems (BPC, TM1, Ariba, Concur, Kyriba).Establish and enforce program governance frameworks, including status reporting, RAID logs, and KPI tracking.Coordinate with global stakeholders across business, finance, and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery.Lead risk identification, impact assessment, and mitigation planning across complex program dependencies.Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.Facilitate key program ceremonies, including steering committees, stakeholder reviews, and working sessions.Monitor delivery performance, resource utilization, and financial tracking of projects.Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, tools, and cross-team collaboration.Provide strategic inputs and recommendations to leadership based on delivery insights and program metrics.Collaborate with data engineering teams on Databricks-enabled finance data solutions (where applicable).Qualifications AD or Sr Mgr Level seasoned program/delivery manager in the SAP ecosystem & Data/Analytics space.10-15 years of experience, with good PM and communication skillsStrong PM experience across multiple workstreams and stakeholdersCore SAP Finance expertise, including key modules such as GL, AP, AR, FP&A (planning/forecasting), and core finance master data, etc.Strong working knowledge of enterprise finance systems: BPC, TM1, Ariba, Concur, Kyriba (critical)MUST HAVE proven experience managing and planning initiatives across these finance systemsStrong organisational and project planning skillsExperience working with global teams and driving clear governance/reportingPreferred: Databricks exposure (secondary to finance systems expertise)
