We work closely with business owners to bring financial clarity, control, and structured growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant at our Noida office. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, maintaining general ledgers, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and financial regulations. The role also involves analyzing financial data to provide strategic insights, preparing financial reports, and assisting in audits. Collaboration with internal teams and timely reporting will be essential components of the position.Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for clients - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports - Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and filings - Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations - Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial summaries - Coordinate with clients for data, documentation, and queries - Support internal audits and financial reviews - Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks with high accuracyCandidate Requirement- 3-4 years of experience in a CA firm - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax compliance - Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting tools - Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting - Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving approach - Good communication and client-handling skills
