Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance Location: Sector 98, Noida Shift: US Shift Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Reporting Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare and reviewP&Land Balance Sheet reconciliationsand investigate variances. Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately in accordance withUS GAAPand company policies. Maintain supporting schedules and documentation for financial reporting. Month-End Close Executemonth-end close (MEC)activities including journal postings, accruals, and account reconciliations. Ensure timely completion of close deliverables and reporting packages. Identify and resolve accounting issues and anomalies during the close cycle. Budgeting & Financial Analysis Supportannual budgeting and periodic forecastingprocesses. Performbudget vs. actual variance analysisand provide insights on key cost drivers. Assist with financial analysis, trend analysis, and management reporting. ERP & Systems Preferable knowledge ofSage Intacctor similar ERP systems for accounting transactions and reporting. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data within the ERP. Identify opportunities forprocess improvements, automation, and stronger internal controls . Audit & Compliance Supportinternal and external auditsby preparing schedules, reconciliations, and documentation. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting requirements. Address audit queries and ensure timely resolution.Candidate Profile Education & Experience CA / CPA with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience , OR Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 6–7 years of relevant experience Technical Expertise Strong knowledge ofUS GAAPaccounting principles. Experience withgeneral ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting . Hands-on experience withSage Intacct or similar ERP systems . Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Exceland financial analysis.
