This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Location: NoidaKey Accountability & Responsibilities• Manage all accounting transactions and day-to-day bookkeeping• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closures and prepare consolidated MIS• Perform bank reconciliation and accounts payable reconciliation• Ensure timely tax compliance and filings• Compute taxes and prepare periodic tax returns for multiple geographies• Prepare and manage financial statements, including balance sheets and P&L statements• Organize and maintain accurate documentation for financial transactions• Manage bookkeeping and tax computations using Zoho Books• Maintain financial data confidentiality and perform backups when required• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations across geographiesRequirements• 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software• Experience in MIS preparation, reconciliations, and financial reporting• Good attention to detail and organisational skills• Ability to manage timelines and work independently• Basic knowledge of statutory and tax regulationsWhy Join Us?• Opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of accounting processes• Exposure to multi-entity / multi-geography accounting• Work in a growing organisation with scope to streamline and improve processes• A role that offers stability, responsibility, and professional growth
