Job Description:

The Data Centre Audit Manager will lead global audit activities across mission-critical data centre environments. The role requires deep expertise in compliance, infrastructure design, energy management, networking, and security to ensure that all data centres adhere to international standards and internal governance frameworks. This position reports to the Director – IT & Cyber (UAE) and works closely with global teams across technology, operations, and audit.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end audits of global data centres, focusing on compliance, operational resilience, security, and efficiency. - Assess data centre design, energy performance, network resilience, and security controls aligned with TIA-942 and Uptime Tier standards. - Conduct risk assessments covering commercial, contractual, and regulatory requirements for data centre operations. - Evaluate disaster recovery, redundancy, and failover mechanisms to ensure business continuity. - Partner with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to identify, address, and mitigate risks or anomalies. - Review and validate physical and logical security controls for global facilities. - Prepare detailed audit reports outlining risks, gaps, and actionable recommendations for leadership. - Support the enhancement of global governance, compliance, and audit frameworks for data centre operations.Qualifications & Experience- 8–10 years of experience in data centre audit, compliance, or operations with international exposure. - Mandatory certifications: Uptime Institute Tier III (Design/Operations) and TIA-942 Certified Auditor/Professional. - In-depth understanding of data centre compliance across design, energy systems, networking, and security. - Experience auditing commercial contracts, SLAs, and regulatory obligations within data centre environments. - Strong knowledge of physical and cybersecurity risks in mission-critical infrastructure. - Familiarity with global standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC 2, and their application in data centres. - Excellent analytical, risk detection, and problem-solving capabilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with global stakeholdersLeadership Competencies- Ability to work effectively within a global, matrixed organization. - Strategic mindset focusing on compliance, resilience, and cost-efficient audit practices. - Strong influencing and leadership skills across diverse cultures and geographies. - Adaptability to emerging technologies, sustainability initiatives, and evolving regulations. - High ethical standards, integrity, and professional independence.Why Join- Work with a globally recognized data-centre brand with HQ in Dubai. - Exposure to international audit frameworks and global teams. - Opportunity to influence the organization’s IT & Data Centre governance strategy. - Competitive compensation and a culture focused on innovation, sustainability, and compliance.Please note: Due to the volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further steps.
