We aim to make credit accessible and stress-free for everyone no paperwork, no long waits.About the Role We’re hiring motivatedCollection Executivesto handle repayment follow-ups and ensure timely loan recovery while maintaining professional communication and positive customer relations.Key Responsibilities Contact customers via calls, messages, or visits for payment follow-ups. Maintain proper records of recovery activities. Negotiate repayment terms and resolve disputes. Escalate non-responsive or critical cases to the Collection Head. Meet assigned monthly collection targets.Requirements Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream). 0–2 years of experience in recovery or tele-calling preferred. Good communication and persuasion skills. Goal-oriented with a professional attitude.Salary Range:₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
