Role & Responsibilities:Act as astrategic financial advisorto the leadership team, providing insights to drive key business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. Oversee financial operations, includingcost accounting, accounts payable & receivable, general ledger management, financial reporting, auditing, and taxation. Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain stronginternal controlsto safeguard the company's financial health. Support bothinternal and statutory audits,ensuring timely preparation of financial statements and compliance with audit requirements. Analyze and reviewBalance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements,ensuring financial accuracy. Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations while optimizing tax strategies. Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors tominimize financial risks.Requirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. 8+ years of experiencein a finance role, preferably inreal estate, PropTech, or a high-growth startup. Strong knowledge offinancial regulations, compliance, and taxation. Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across departments. Proven ability tolead and mentor a finance team.Note: Workdays- Monday to Saturday
