Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance, and manage reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, corporate finance, and team management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage tax compliance, GST filings, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Implement and maintain robust accounting systems, policies, and internal controls. Support strategic financial planning and decision-making for management. Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous process improvement. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA preferred. 5–7 years of corporate accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Excel. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
