Job Title: Technical Contractor – OIC / VBCS (Finance or HCM) Job Type: Contract Experience Required: 4–6 years (with high expertise and strong implementation track record) Location: Remote Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Technical Contractor with proven expertise in Finance or HCM modules . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both, or deep expertise in one with working knowledge of the other. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . Build, customize, and maintain applications using Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) . Collaborate with functional teams in Finance and/or HCM to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Handle end-to-end implementations (at least 10 full cycles preferred). Ensure best practices, performance, and scalability in delivered solutions. Provide technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and post-implementation support. Required Skills & Expertise: 4–6 years of experience in OIC and VBCS development. Strong expertise in Finance or HCM modules (must have worked on at least one, with knowledge of the other). Proven track record of 10+ implementations (full lifecycle). Strong understanding of REST/SOAP web services, API integrations, and data mappings. Hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS (ERP/HCM) cloud extensions and customizations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
