Area Sales Officer

Job Title: Sales OfficerIndustry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)Location: TelanganaEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities• Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers within the assigned territory.• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to drive product visibility and sales.• Ensure product availability and maintain adequate stock levels at retail outlets.• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor daily sales performance.• Track competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.• Plan and execute local promotional activities to enhance product reach.• Conduct daily market visits and submit regular sales reports to management.• Experience: Minimum 1 year in the FMCG industry (Retail / Distribution / Channel Sales preferred) • Strong communication and negotiation skills• Comfortable with field sales and frequent travel• Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if applicable)Salary• 20,000 – 25,000 (in hand per month)• Attractive incentives based on sales performanceSkills Required• Strong market understanding and retailer networking• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven• Basic MS Office and reporting skills
