The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both ad agencies and the education sector , understanding how to blend creative strategies with measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, Email & Social Media Marketing . - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards . - Manage social media presence and create engaging content in collaboration with the creative team. - Assist in lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization strategies. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and projects. - Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in digital marketing , especially in ad agencies and education sector . - Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Analytics tools . - Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp is preferred. - Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop . - Excellent communication, team coordination, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize effectively.Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or Business Administration . - Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO preferred.
