Business contextReports to :DVP at HO or EVPStructure or context:TPM is a way of life that we plan our units and other functions to be in the coming future. It is important that the complete TPM program is well understood and the philosophy is fully implemented across all our manufacturing units and the same then be extended to other functions to move towards world class manufacturing and substantially reduce operational cost.. This is prompting the need for a central coordinator to drive all continuous improvement initiatives company wide.
