Costing and MIS Manager

Welspun Flooring is looking for a candidate who is responsible for managing costing, reports, and budgets for a manufacturing plant. The role supports management with cost control, profitability analysis, and business insights using system-based data. Experience in manufacturing, preferably textiles, is an advantage.Job Description*Industry: Manufacturing (Preferably Textiles)- Qualified CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) – Mandatory - Minimum 5 years to Maximum 12 years of relevant experience in plant-based costing.Principal Accountabilities*- Manage plant-based costing to ensure accurate product and operational cost reporting. - Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts for management decision-making. - Handle product costing, job costing, and overhead allocations. - Perform manpower and utility cost allocations effectively. - Conduct COGS vs Actual BOM analysis and identify cost variances. - Carry out inventory valuation and NRV analysis in line with accounting standards. - Prepare segment-wise PBT analysis and detailed variance analysis. - Implement volume- and activity-based cost allocation methodologies. - Work on Power BI analysis and dashboards for financial insights. - Ensure effective usage of SAP CO, FICO, and MM modules for costing and reporting. - Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to strengthen cost controlNote: This is a plant location based job opportunity. The company operates 6 days a week from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. The plant is located in Chandanvelly Village, Haythabad, Shabad Mandal, Rangareddy District, Telangana.
