Key Responsibilities Achieve life insurance sales targets through tele-sales Acquire, build, and maintain strategic client relationships; analyze customer needs to establish a client-centric business environment and implement solutions Perform cross-sales, upselling, and ensure timely renewal of clients' insurance policies Increase business share by offering the full range of products and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Utilize leads optimally on a daily basis to ensure cost-efficient operations Manage product mix, persistency, and lead conversion percentages Maintain and update client database accurately Achieve goals as per target sheets and participate in weekly contests Attend meetings and training sessions at branch offices as required Conduct customer home visits when requested
