Infertility Specialist

Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat a wide range of infertility and reproductive disorders in men and women. - Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments, including hormonal evaluations, imaging, and diagnostic procedures. - Develop individualized treatment plans using assisted reproductive technologies like IVF, ICSI, and IUI. - Perform procedures such as ovulation induction, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and fertility preservation. - Monitor patients responses to treatments and adjust protocols as necessary. - Counsel patients and couples on fertility options, success rates, and potential risks. - Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care. - Stay updated with latest advancements in reproductive medicine and participate in research and training. - Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices. - Educate patients on lifestyle changes and preventive care to improve reproductive health. Qualifications & Skills: - MD/MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology with specialized training (DNB/Fellowship) in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. - Valid medical license and registration. - Minimum 35 years of experience in infertility treatment and assisted reproductive technologies. - In-depth knowledge of reproductive physiology, ART procedures, and infertility diagnostics. - Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. - Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical medical practices.
