Job Brief We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (Industrial Relations & Compliance)with strong hands-on exposure toHuman Resource Management, Industrial Relations, statutory compliance, labour laws, government liaison, recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle management including full & final settlements . The HR Manager will play acritical and central rolein ensuring legal compliance, harmonious industrial relations, disciplined workforce management, and smooth HR operations. This role is thebackbone of organizational stability and governance . Job Location:Nizamabad, TelanganaKey Responsibilities Talent & Workforce Management End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and training of employees (including freshers). Workforce planning, manpower optimization, and performance discipline. Time, attendance, and shift management. Handling employee exits,full & final settlements , PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory closures.Statutory Compliance & Industrial Relations Complete ownership ofstatutory complianceincludingPF, ESI, Gratuity, Factory Act, Labour Laws . Liaison withgovernment departments , inspectors, and statutory authorities. Handling factory registrations, renewals, and compliance documentation. Managing industrial relations andhandling labour unions, if required , in a firm yet balanced manner. Ensuring adherence to company HR policies and statutory regulations at all times.Payroll & Administration Payroll processing, verification, and statutory deductions. Office administration and supervision of HR & admin functions. Maintenance of employee records, contracts, registers, and statutory documents. ERP-based HR operations and MIS reporting. Governance, Controls & Process Improvement Review organizational HR and compliance processes objectively. Identify gaps, risks, and weaknesses in HR governance. Make practical recommendations to management to strengtheninternal controls, compliance, and discipline . Ensure the organization remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. High attention to detail in reviewing documents, contracts, and statutory records.Job Requirements 1. Qualifications Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree MBA / Master’s Degree in HR or a related discipline 2. Knowledge Strong working knowledge ofHRM, recruitment, statutory compliance, labour laws, and factory laws . Practical understanding of manufacturing-sector HR challenges is highly preferred. 3. Experience 3–7 years of relevant experienceas an HR professional in a reputed organization. Prior exposure tomanufacturing / factory environmentswill be an advantage. 4. Special Requirements Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills , especially in English. Ability to communicate effectively with management, employees, and government officials. Proficiency inMS Office and major ERP systems . Ability to handle large datasets, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics.5. Personal Characteristics Strong analytical ability with a solution-oriented mindset. High level of discretion, integrity, tact, and professional judgment. Business awareness and ability to align HR practices with organizational goals. Capability to adapt to dynamic work environments. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
