Senior Editor

We are seeking an experienced Academic Senior Editor to academically review and proofread our school books (Kindergarten to Higher Primary). The role involves ensuring language accuracy, conceptual clarity, and strong curriculum alignment with NEP 2020 and NCF guidelines. We are looking for someone who understands pedagogy, curriculum structure, and the academic framework behind quality educational publishing.Responsibilities:Editorial management, content commissioning, and ELT curriculum design.Proofread manuscripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency.Review content for conceptual accuracy and age-appropriateness.Ensure alignment with NEP and NCF guidelines.Strengthen the academic structure and framework of chapters.Suggest improvements in learning objectives, activity design, and assessments.Ensure competency-based and outcome-based learning elements are integrated.Provide structured feedback to authors and the internal publishing team.Maintain quality standards expected in academic publishing.Product development( print and digital), market research and needs analysis.Requirements:Background in Education / English / Relevant Subject Area.Prior experience as an academic editor, curriculum developer, or school teacher.Strong understanding of NEP and NCF frameworks.Experience working with school textbooks or workbooks.Excellent command of written English.Ability to provide structured academic feedback.Why Join us?Join a lean, agile team where your work is visible from day one.
