As a UG Editor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and clarity of documents related to overseas education, including essays written by students. Job Description:Conducting multiple brainstorming calls with students as per their needs to ensure high-quality documents.Editing resumes, LORs, SOPs, and essays to ensure adherence to standard English conventions and clarity of expression.Formatting documents according to specific instructions and guidelines.Understanding client and industry requirements and adapting your editing approach accordingly.Managing deadlines effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.Communicating with students through Google Meet and chat to understand their needs and ensure they receive personalized support throughout their study abroad journey to curate admit-worthy documents.Taking webinars for our students on various topics to engage them, impart knowledge, and prepare them until the time of application arrives.Ability to liaise with parents of students and manage them well.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in English literature/language, Psychology, Mass Communication, Humanities, Social Sciences, or related field.4-5 years of demonstrated experience as an editor, preferably in the study abroad domain.Exceptional language proficiency (grammar, sentence structure, critiquing, and overall content organization).Excellent writing skills and a keen eye for detail.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant editing software and tools.Why You Should Apply at Yocket:Experience working at a leading organization in the industry.Exposure to guiding students with diverse backgrounds.Opportunity to work in a team of skilled and experienced editors.Competitive salary.Opportunity to upskill and engage with cross-functional teams.Weekends off.
