This role will directly build the content engine powering BabyBillion and our growth channels.This role sits at the core of our content engine.Role OverviewWe are hiring an AI Video Creator who owns end-to-end video creation using Generative AI tools and professional video editing.This is a production role, not a tool-operator role.You will create:Performance-driven Meta ad creativesScalable kids content videos for BabyBillion channelsYou will go from idea → script → character → voice → video → final cut.What You Will Do1. End-to-End AI Video CreationCreate complete videos using Generative AI tools and editing softwareTranslate briefs into finished, publish-ready video assetsProduce both short-form ads and longer kids content formats2. Scripting & Prompt EngineeringWrite and refine prompts for stories, dialogues, rhymes, and narrationMaintain consistency in tone, pacing, characters, and learning outcomesDebug weak outputs and systematically improve results3. Character & Story ConsistencyDefine characters, personalities, and visual stylesEnsure continuity across episodes, ads, and content formatsBuild reusable characters and story worlds4. AI Voice & Audio ProductionCreate and manage character voices using AI voice toolsTune emotion, clarity, and pacing for kidsEnsure clean audio and tight audio-visual sync5. Performance Content for AdsCreate high-retention creatives for Meta platformsUnderstand hooks, first 3 seconds, storytelling for ads, and CTAsIterate creatives based on performance feedback6. Video Editing & FinalizationEdit AI-generated footage using professional toolsAdd cuts, pacing, transitions, sound, and basic motion where neededDeliver polished, platform-ready videos7.
