Job DescriptionWe are looking for a UX Copywriter who can craft clear, human, and purposeful language across our product experiences. You will work closely with product designers, UX researchers, PMs, and marketing teams to ensure every word in the product helps users understand, trust, and take action.This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a designer, writes like a marketer, and reasons like a product strategist.Experience2+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product copywritingExperience working on consumer apps, marketplaces or e-commerce productsProven experience writing for in-app flows, including onboarding, CTAs, empty states, error states, and system messagesExperience collaborating closely with design and product teams in agile environmentsResponsibilitiesUX Writing & Content DesignWrite clear, concise, and consistent copy for:Onboarding and activation flowsNavigation, buttons, labels, and tooltipsEmpty states, error states, and success messagesProduct education and guidance surfacesProduct & Design CollaborationHelp reduce friction and confusion through better content structure and hierarchyVoice, Tone & ConsistencyDefine and maintain product voice and tone guidelinesEnsure consistency across product, marketing, and lifecycle touchpointsAdapt tone based on context, user intent, and emotional stateResearch, Testing & OptimisationPartner with UX Researchers to test copy through usability testing and experimentsValidate content through A/B tests, user feedback, and behavioural dataIterate copy based on insights and performance metricsBusiness & GTM SupportCollaborate with marketing and PMM teams on:Feature launches and announcementsIn-app nudges and promptsConversion and retention flowsEnsure product copy aligns with brand messaging and value propositionsRequirements and SkillsWriting & Content SkillsStrong command of microcopy and long-form UX contentAbility to simplify complex concepts into user-friendly languageStrong understanding of information hierarchy and content structureExperience writing for mobile and web productsProduct ThinkingAbility to think in terms of user intent, flows, and edge casesUnderstanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility basicsComfortable working with data, research insights, and experimentation resultsKey QualitiesUser empathy: Writes with deep understanding of user mindset and contextClarity over cleverness: Prioritises usefulness over marketing fluffAttention to detail: Cares deeply about words, tone, and consistencyCollaborative mindset: Enjoys working with designers, PMs, and researchersOwnership: Takes responsibility for content quality end-to-endBias for iteration: Comfortable testing, learning, and refining copyStrong communication: Can explain and defend content decisions confidentlyPerks and BenefitsWe are committed to providing the best environment for you to thrive in.
