Job Title: Sr. Content Authoring Executive Experience: 5+ YearsLocation: Delhi (Onsite – Client Office)Working Model: Monday to Friday, working from client site officeCompany: SchbangAbout the RoleSchbang is seeking a Sr. Content Authoring Executive (Intermediate) to support enterprise-level digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires a strong blend of hands-on AEM expertise and functional understanding of content workflows, quality standards, and business requirements.You will play a key role in independently handling complex content updates, mentoring junior authors, and ensuring high-quality delivery while working closely with client stakeholders, QA teams, and business analysts.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage end-to-end content authoring in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Create, update, and optimize web pages using advanced AEM components and templatesWork with AEM DAM to manage assets, metadata, tagging, and versioningAuthor and maintain Content Fragments and Experience Fragments (where applicable)Apply SEO best practices including metadata, headings, URLs, and accessibility tagsExecute and monitor AEM workflows including reviews, approvals, and publishingPerform content validation across devices and browsers to ensure quality and consistencySupport content releases, migrations, and bulk updatesIdentify and resolve content-related issues before QA handoffReview junior team members’ work and provide guidance and feedbackCoordinate closely with QA, Business Analysts, and client stakeholdersMaintain content documentation and follow governance standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications5–7 years of experience in AEM content authoring or CMS operationsStrong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM – Sites & DAM)Good understanding of:AEM templates, components, and workflowsContent lifecycle managementStructured and reusable content modelsWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS for content troubleshootingStrong understanding of SEO and accessibility (WCAG) best practicesExperience working in onsite, client-facing environmentsExcellent attention to detail and quality ownershipStrong communication and coordination skillsWillingness to work onsite at the client office in Delhi, Monday to FridayGood to HaveExposure to AEM Headless or Content ServicesExperience with multi-site or multi-language AEM setupsKnowledge of analytics, personalization, or tagging strategiesPrior experience mentoring or guiding junior team membersWhat We’re Looking ForA self-driven content professional who can work independently in AEMSomeone who can balance speed with accuracy and qualityA problem-solver who understands both business needs and platform constraintsA strong team player with leadership potentialWhy Join SchbangWork onsite with a leading enterprise client on large-scale AEM platformsOpportunity to handle complex content operations and releasesClear growth path toward Lead Content Authoring rolesCollaborative and fast-paced agency environmentThis role requires physical presence at the client site in Delhi and does not offer remote or hybrid working.
