Greetings from TCS!!!TCS New Delhi hiring for Technical Bid Writer !!!!!Role: Technical Bid Writer Experience required:4 to 6 years Location:-New DelhiMUST HAVE:- Write, edit, and format high-quality technical content for RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and tenders. Work closely with solution architects, engineers, and project managers to gather accurate technical inputs. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly content. Ensure all bid content aligns with the organization’s brand, tone, and strategic positioning. Review tender documents and identify submission requirements, risks, and deliverables. Assist in creating reusable content libraries and templates for future proposals. Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously. Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams for professional presentation of documents. Maintain a database of past responses, case studies, and credentials.Required skills and qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in English, Engineering, IT, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in technical writing or bid/proposal writing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of technical concepts (e.g., software solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, etc.). Proven ability to write persuasive content under pressure. Experience with MS Office Suite. Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. Familiarity with public sector, government, or enterprise bidding processes is a plus.
