You’ll be responsible for writingUGC scripts, video ad concepts, short skits, and podcast-style contentfor performance campaigns on Meta and other social platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop engaging scripts and concepts for UGC, brand videos, and podcasts. Collaborate with creative strategists and video editors to shape story flow and tone. Write content that reflects platform trends and audience behavior on Meta, Instagram, and YouTube. Adapt writing styles to suit different brands, tones, and objectives. Use storytelling techniques to make ads feel authentic and emotionally resonant.Requirements1–3 years of experience in scriptwriting, content writing, or storytelling. Deep understanding ofsocial media culture, trends, and short-form video formats . Ability to write conversational, human-first scripts that connect emotionally and convert commercially. Excellent command of English (Hindi familiarity is a plus). Strong sense of humor and narrative timing.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience writing for D2C or consumer brands. Understanding of UGC-style content, influencer videos, or Meta ad storytelling. Experience collaborating in fast-paced creative environments or production teams.
