Job Title: Executive- Video Editor (Communication & Branding Team)Indian Institute of Art & Design is seeking a talented and creative video editor to join our branding and communications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content to promote our programmes, showcase student work, and provide instructional material. The ideal candidate should have a 0-2 year experience in editing a range of video content, including promotional videos, instructional videos, event coverage, and interviews. The video editor should be able to work collaboratively with other members of the team to deliver content that meets the needs of our university and supports our marketing and educational goals.Responsibilities:Edit video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, website, and other digital channels to promote our programs and showcase student workManage video files and ensure that they are organized and easily accessibleCreate and edit graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video contentCollaborate with other team members to ensure that video content is aligned with our brand guidelines and marketing objectivesWork with faculty members to develop instructional videos and other educational materialsContinuously stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our video content remains relevant and engagingParticipate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new video contentTroubleshoot technical issues and work with other team members to resolve any problems that ariseManage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects on timeEnsure that all video content is of high quality and meets professional standards.Requirements:Formal education / training / bachelors degree in film, video production, or a related fieldAt least 0-2 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of workProficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Final cut pro, Da Vinci Resolve and other video editing software.Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and file typesStrong understanding of visual storytelling and how to create engaging contentGood communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members, including faculty members and studentsAttention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlinesAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPassion for video production and storytelling, with an interest in education and design.If you meet these requirements and have a passion for creating compelling video content to support our university's mission, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Work Timings : 9.00 am- 06.00 pm (Monday to Friday)10.00 am- 05.00 pm (Saturday) Alternate Saturday OffSalary: (25k-30k/month) Negotiable and commensurate with skills and qualifications.
