Social Media & Storytelling Intern Location: Remote Duration: 3–6 months Stipend: 10K - 15K per month About Us At Recrivio, we believe stories shape brands. Role Overview We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Storytelling Intern to help craft compelling narratives, design thumb-stopping content, and elevate our presence across digital platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing and content teams to humanize our brand and engage our audience. What You’ll Do Write and curate engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and more Turn real stories (customer journeys, team culture, behind-the-scenes) into short-form posts, reels, or carousels Assist in planning and scheduling weekly/monthly social media calendars Analyze social media performance and suggest optimization strategies Collaborate with designers, marketers, and leadership to bring stories to life Jump on trending formats and memes (where relevant) to keep content fresh and engaging What We’re Looking For Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills Strong grasp of social media trends, formats, and tools (Canva, Buffer, etc.) A portfolio of past content (can be personal projects, blog, or student-led pages) Curious, self-driven, and able to take feedback constructively Bonus if you’ve worked with reels, short videos, or newsletter content What You’ll Get Mentorship from brand and content leaders A chance to own content Exposure to strategy, growth, and audience-building Letter of recommendation + LinkedIn endorsement Potential for PPO (pre-placement offer) based on performance
