Our social media platforms focus on inspiring stories, education, recruitment campaigns, testimonials, and community-building content.Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Freelance Videographer based in Delhi to support TERN’s on-ground content production. The videographer will be responsible for shooting high-quality video content across different formats, capturing compelling stories, and ensuring production quality aligns with TERN’s brand identity.This role is ideal for someone who understands social-first content, framing, lighting, audio quality, and capturing authentic, emotion-driven visuals.Key Responsibilities-Shoot short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms-Capture content for:Candidate testimonials & success storiesEvent coverage (offline activations, send-offs, talent tours, etc.)Interviews and podcast-style videosEducational and recruitment content-Handle end-to-end shoot setup:Camera setupLighting (ring light / softbox setups)Audio (lapel mics / boom mics)Framing and composition-Ensure high-quality raw footage delivery to the editing team-Coordinate with the marketing/content team on shoot requirements and briefs-Adapt shoots based on platform requirements:Vertical (9:16) for Reels/ShortsHorizontal (16:9) for YouTubeSquare (1:1) when required-Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) and additional content for social use-Maintain consistency in visual style and brand toneSkills & Requirements-Proven experience in videography for social media or branded content-Strong understanding of:Lighting techniquesAudio clarity and setupCamera framing and compositionShooting for different aspect ratios-Proficiency with:DSLR/Mirrorless camerasBasic lighting equipmentAudio gear (lapel mics, recorders)-Understanding of social media trends and content formats-Ability to capture natural, engaging, and emotionally resonant visuals-Basic understanding of video editing is a plus-Ability to follow creative briefs and deliver on timelines-Based in Delhi NCR and available for on-site shootsWorking StyleOn-ground (Delhi NCR)Freelance / project-basedCoordination with TERN’s marketing & content teamShoot schedules and briefs will be shared in advanceWhat We OfferConsistent shoot opportunitiesLong-term collaboration potentialOpportunity to work on impactful, story-driven contentExposure to international brand campaignsCreative collaboration with a dynamic marketing teamHow to ApplyPlease fill this google form to apply for this role-
