Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.We’re building a nonfiction content engine — human story-led films, interviews, doc-style narratives, corporate stories, events, and an always-on social pipeline. If you love real stories, fast turnarounds, being on the ground, and shaping content that actually makes people feel something, you’ll fit right in.Role DescriptionDevelop and research story ideas for nonfiction films, interviews, corporate films, events, vox pops, and human-story formats for offline, website, and social channels.Support and coordinate end-to-end production: shoot logistics, scheduling, permissions, vendors.Assist on-ground at shoots — human stories, corporate events, interviews, docu beats.Convert long-form content into sharp, social-first videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn).
