Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Producer based in Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Executive Producer will oversee the planning, development, and execution of high-quality educational and creative projects. Responsibilities include leading production teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. The individual will collaborate with educators, writers, designers, and other stakeholders to create impactful content aligned with the academy's vision and goals. The role also includes maintaining relationships with external partners, vendors, and contributors. QualificationsLeadership and Project Management: Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, organize workflows, and oversee complex projects from inception to completion.Creative Development and Content Creation: Strong skills in conceptualizing, scripting, and overseeing content creation, including videos, courses, and live productions.Budgeting and Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing budgets, resource allocation, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, external partners, and subject matter experts.Media and Technology Proficiency: Experience with audio-visual production tools, digital learning platforms, and educational technology is a plus.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with focus on delivering innovative and efficient solutions.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Education, or a related field. Prior experience in an educational or similar creative field is preferred.
