Producer – Shoot Setup & OperationsAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Producer to lead end-to-end on-ground execution of shoots — from location scouting and crew assembly to final delivery.You’ll act as the operational backbone of productions, ensuring every shoot runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.What You’ll OwnTeam Setup & Crew ManagementIdentify, onboard, and manage HODs and crew (camera, lighting, art, HMU, PAs)Build and maintain a strong freelance talent networkConduct pre-shoot briefings to ensure role clarity across teamsLocation & Venue ManagementScout, and lock locations/studios based on project needsManage permissions, NOCs, and compliance requirementsHandle logistics: access, parking, power, safetyScheduling & PlanningCreate detailed shoot schedules, call sheets, and script breakdownsAlign all departments ahead of shoot daysIdentify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactivelyVendor & Equipment CoordinationManage vendors across equipment, transport, catering, props, and set designNegotiate cost-effective deals and maintain vendor databaseEnsure timely delivery and return of all rentalsBudget ManagementOwn and track production budgets in real timeFlag overruns early and optimize costs without compromising qualityDeliver post-shoot cost reconciliation reportsOn-ground Shoot ExecutionLead on-set operations and troubleshoot issues in real timeManage crew dynamics and ensure adherence to timelinesHandle last-minute changes efficientlyTalent & Cast ManagementCoordinate talent logistics, travel, and accommodationManage base camp, green rooms, and artist experienceLiaise between director, EP, and talent teamsPre-Production & Creative PlanningBuild comprehensive PPM decks (references, moodboards, shot lists, timelines)Translate creative briefs into actionable production plansDevelop treatment documents and production biblesSuggest practical solutions for budget, location, or timeline constraintsMaintain internal libraries (vendors, recce reports, past decks)Documentation & ComplianceMaintain contracts, logs, vendor agreements, and daily reportsEnsure safety and regulatory compliance across all shootsWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Have3–7 years in line production / AD / shoot coordinationStrong experience in vendor & location managementWork across TVCs, digital films, or OTT productionsBudget ownership and expense tracking experienceProven ability to lead teams on setAbility to perform under tight timelines and pressureGood to HaveExperience in feature films or large-scale productionsStrong network of HODs and freelance crewFamiliarity with AI tools (Mid-journey, Runway, etc.)Multi-city / outdoor production experienceExperience working with celebrity talentStrong PPM & treatment deck experience
