What we’re looking forJoin us to help define and deliver high-performing CMS solutions that power some of the most exciting digital experiences!We’re seeking a Technical Specialist who blends deep CMS development expertise with architectural thinking — someone who can design scalable solutions, guide teams, and ensure technical excellence across all stages of a project.If you’re passionate about optimizing your work, thrive in structured yet fast-paced environments, and love collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges — this is the perfect bridge role to grow into a full-fledged Technical ArchitectResponsibilitiesDefine and implement CMS architectures aligned with scalability, performance, and security standards.Collaborate with the Sales and Delivery teams to prepare technical effort estimates, solution approaches, and feasibility assessments for new projects.Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.Lead API-based integrations (REST, GraphQL) and headless CMS solutions.Review and guide development work to maintain code quality, consistency, and maintainability.Work closely with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Mentor developers, providing technical guidance and support in CMS best practices.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization within the CMS team.Balance multiple assignments effectively while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.Demonstrate strong organizational discipline, adhering to defined processes, documentation, and review practices.Maintain proactive communication, collaborating both synchronously and asynchronously across teams.Qualifications7+ years of experience in CMS development, with hands-on exposure to both front-end and back-end technologies.Expert-level skills in WordPress (themes, plugins, multisite) and Shopify; familiarity with Craft CMS or other enterprise CMS platforms is a plus.Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS / Vue.js, and responsive web design principles.Experience with headless CMS, API-driven integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA), security best practices, and performance optimizationBonus PointsExperience working in a digital agency or professional services setup.Proven experience supporting pre-sales activities, preparing technical estimates, and creating solution documentation.Knowledge of cloud hosting, caching strategies, and scalable CMS infrastructure.Familiarity with GraphQL, performance audits, or modern build pipelines.Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional initiatives involving design, QA, and delivery teams.BenefitsHybrid WFH policyHealth insuranceEmployee Well-being & Assistance Program40+ Paid Off daysYear-end leave encashment
