MIS & Project Coordinator – HVAC Operations

Our mission is to deliver reliable, efficient, and cost‑effective HVAC solutions through process excellence, data‑driven decision making, and seamless coordination across sites, backend, and manufacturing units.What You’ll DoTo drive operational excellence by managing MIS systems, coordinating project execution, and ensuring timely reporting across HVAC projects. The role connects site engineers, vendors, and manufacturing teams to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.Day to Day Responsibilities:1. Site Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with site engineers for daily execution updates.Track material dispatch and installation status.Monitor project completion percentages and milestones.Maintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) and ensure accuracy.2.Project & Vendor ManagementSupport vendor and subcontractor coordination.Prepare project tracker sheets and manpower utilization reports.Follow up with clients and site teams for execution status.3.MIS & DocumentationDevelop and maintain MIS dashboards for project tracking.Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.Standardize workflows and assist in documenting SOPs.4.Tools & SystemsAdvanced MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).ERP systems for material and project tracking.Google Sheets for collaborative reporting.AutoCAD basics (optional, for layout understanding).Project tracking tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).Nice-to-HavesB.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.0–2 years of experience in HVAC/MEP project execution, MIS, coordination, billing, estimation, or site operations.Exposure to HVAC/MEP projects is preferred and highly valued.What We’re Looking ForStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent coordination and communication abilities.Ownership mindset, proactive, accountable, outcome‑driven.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and vendors.Location & Reporting To:Delhi NCR / Operations HeadCompensation:₹2.4 – ₹3.6 LPA (depending on experience) + performance incentives linked to KPIs(on‑time delivery %, reporting accuracy, rework reduction).Why You'll Like Working HereExposure to end‑to‑end HVAC operations from manufacturing to site execution.Hands‑on learning in MIS, ERP, and project tracking tools.Opportunity to grow into a Process Excellence leadership role.Collaborative culture focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.Structured career path with clear milestones (MIS & Project Coordinator → Junior Project Engineer → Process Excellence Engineer).Performance‑linked incentives.Enjoyable and dynamic company culture.
