We operate as a remote-first team and prioritise execution, ownership, and measurable outcomes.To support learner acquisition and partnerships, we build scalable outbound and lead generation systems using automation, CRM tooling, and structured data workflows.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Growth Automation Specialist with hands-on experience using PhantomBuster and the Zoho CRM ecosystem to design, implement, and manage automated workflows for lead generation and outbound operations. This role will work closely with growth and sales teams to scale outreach, maintain data quality, and ensure automation is compliant, efficient, and reliable.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and optimise automation workflows using PhantomBusterAutomate LinkedIn-based lead sourcing, enrichment, and outreachIntegrate automation workflows with Zoho CRM (leads, contacts, pipelines, activities)Manage and maintain structured data across the Zoho ecosystem (e.g. CRM, Campaigns, Analytics, Workflows)Extract, clean, and standardise lead data for sales and growth teamsMonitor automation performance and troubleshoot workflow or data issuesFollow best practices for compliance, rate limits, and account safetyCollaborate with internal teams to support learner acquisition and growth initiativesRequired QualificationsProven, hands-on experience using PhantomBusterStrong understanding of LinkedIn automation and outbound lead generation workflowsPractical experience working with Zoho CRM and CRM-based lead managementExperience handling scraped, enriched, or structured datasetsAbility to work independently in a fully remote environmentClear written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with the wider Zoho ecosystem (Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Workflows)Familiarity with additional automation tools such as Zapier or MakeUnderstanding of outbound sales processes and CRM pipelinesBasic technical skills (APIs, spreadsheets, data workflows)What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceFully remote role within a UK-based EdTech companyFlexible working hoursOwnership over automation, CRM, and outbound systemsOpportunity to directly impact growth and learner acquisitionEqual Opportunity StatementUptrail is an equal opportunity employer.
