Container Security SME

Container Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) works with Attack Surface Management team. This is a remote contract role focused on strengthening security posture across a large-scale, multi-cloud, cloud‑native environment.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in container and Kubernetes security, vulnerability management at scale, and CNAPP tooling within enterprise environments.Must Have:4+ years of cloud security experience with a strong focus on container security & vulnerability managementHands-on experience securing container orchestration platforms at scale (hundreds of thousands of vulnerabilities)Experience with Wiz or OrcaProduction experience with CNAPP / CWPP tooling in enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCPStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable guidanceExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security scanning(Terraform, CloudFormation, or Helm chart analysis)Nice to Have:Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or GoRelevant certifications such as:CKS, CKA, CCSP, CCSK, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer
