About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Engineer to join Fudar Alloy's global team. You will play a key role in the North India market, promoting high-quality electrical contact material solutions and building long-term customer relationships.Work Location: Remote (Home Office) – based in Delhi NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, or Faridabad preferredKey Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing sales plans for the North India region, identifying new clients and maintaining existing customer relationships.Provide professional product technical support and solutions to customers in the electrical components, low-voltage electrical (switches, connectors, circuit breakers, etc.) industries.Collect and analyze market information, identify business opportunities, and drive sales projects to completion.Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure effective responses to customer needs regarding product applications.Participate in customer negotiations, technical exchanges, and contract follow-ups to achieve sales targets.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.2–3 years of experience in the electrical contact materials, low-voltage electrical, or related manufacturing industries. Candidates with experience in technical support, sales, or project coordination are preferred.Strong English communication skills, capable of using English as a working language for both written and verbal communication.Strong team player with excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a cross-regional collaboration model.We Offer:Annual Salary Package: ₹1,200,000 – ₹1,800,000Performance Commission: Attractive commission structure tied to individual performanceInternational Platform: Join a global leader in electrical contact materials and gain exposure to world-class technology and markets
